Shipping Information
Here’s how our shipping process works and what you can expect when placing an order with Breeze.
Order Shipping
We ship orders within 1–5 business days.
During peak periods, shipping may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
If your package has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.
After Your Order Has Been Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you still wish to cancel after shipment, please accept the delivery and return the item in accordance with our 30-day return policy.
To keep prices fair, we do not cover return shipping costs.

Sustainable Shipping
To reduce unnecessary CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from the production facility.
This helps avoid additional transportation and warehouse handling, reducing our environmental impact.
This may add a few extra days to delivery times, but every avoided flight mile saves approximately 24 kg of CO₂ emissions.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 7–20 business days
- Canada: 7–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–14 business days
- Australia: 10–16 business days
- New Zealand: 10–16 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times vary depending on location. The most accurate estimate will be shown at checkout.
Priority Processing
An upgrade option that moves your order ahead in the warehouse queue.
This only speeds up warehouse processing, not the courier transit time.
Insured Shipping
Protects your order against loss or theft during transit.
In such cases, we will send a free replacement.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information is usually updated within 24–48 hours.

If Your Package Has Not Arrived
If your package has not been delivered after 14 business days, please follow these steps:
- Check the tracking link to see whether the estimated delivery window has passed.
- Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation. Addresses cannot be changed after shipment.
- Check around your property or with anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf (family members, neighbors, reception, concierge, etc.).
- Contact support@vonvalence.com if the package is still missing. We will open an investigation with the courier.
Please note: Many delays are caused by late courier scans. Packages often still arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.
